Join us for this morning seminar to hear from Lander & Rogers solicitors, Dearne Wellington and Elizabeth Berwick as they explain the key features of the Design and Building Practitioners Bill which is currently before the New South Wales Parliament and consider the impact of the introduction of this legislation on consultants working in the construction industry.
Amongst other things, Dearne and Elizabeth will discuss the increased regulation and compliance obligations on design and building practitioners under the proposed legislation and the introduction of a statutory duty of care, which has already generated much discussion within the construction industry.
