In our first webinar for 2026, Lisa Wastell-Anthony and Felicity Dixon at informed by Planned Cover examine the most common issues leading to Board complaints against small practices in Australia. Using real-world examples and risk management insights, it highlights how preventable many complaints are when practice systems are clear, consistent, and well-documented.
