08/08/2024 – Webinar: When to say “No” – avoiding the blame and claim game

missed webinar

In our next webinar, Senior Risk\Engagement Manager at informed by Planned Cover – Felicity Dixon, will be discussing those common issues that arise in professional practice within the construction industry where, in reality, the practice should have just said no. These are often the most common causes of claims and the risks within them, ones that can be mitigated or even removed. Our webinar will focus on the specific issues (and cases you can look up and read for yourself) on certification, agreeing to fitness for purpose and other issues in contract, overpromising and under resourcing for projects as well as client budgets and building costs. Felicity will then give you some practical strategies on how to protect your practice and say “No” when needed.
